CAVU's Leadership PRO Online Course delivers actionable leadership strategies inspired by military excellence, offering tools for effective communication, decision-making, and team management across industries. With a focus on real-world application, it combines concise video lessons and practical insights accessible on various devices, empowering leaders at all levels to drive meaningful change. 

CAVU International's Human Performance Instructor (HPI) course is a five-day program designed to develop organizational subject matter experts in leadership, continuous improvement, and team management. Inspired by the Navy's TOPGUN framework, it combines in-person training with practical exercises to enhance presentation, communication, and coaching skills, enabling graduates to sustain high performance within their teams.
