This Code of Conduct presents the conduct that is accepted in RelyOn Nutec Holding A/S and its subsidiaries (“RelyOn Nutec” or “RelyOn Nutec Group”). This policy reaffirms and constitutes RelyOn's historical approach to preventing bribery, corruption, fraud and similar misconduct, illegal behavior and unethical business practices. The Code of Conduct applies to all employees, internal consultants, officers, directors at RelyOn and agents working on behalf of RelyOn.
